1 Corinthians: Introduction

Dr. Andrew M. Davis is the senior pastor of the First Baptist Church of Durham, North Carolina, and the founder of Two Journeys Ministry.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from MIT, a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He is also a visiting professor of church history at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Council Member of The Gospel Coalition.  He and his wife, Christi have five children and four grandchildren.

Wes Treadway hosts and edits the Two Journeys Bible Study podcast. He holds a B.S. from Boyce College, an M.Div. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Wes has over a decade of experience leading worship in the local church and served on staff at FBC Durham from 2017-2024. He now serves as the Associate Pastor at Parkside Baptist Church in Durham. Wes is married to Annie, and they have one son and one daughter.
